Princeton Alliance Church is seeking a Communications Director to own all church-wide messaging and channels. You will lead strategy for the website, email, social media, and print, collaborating with pastors and ministry teams.

The role requires coordinating volunteers and contractors, maintaining brand consistency, and guiding content workflows. A strong writing background and non-profit communications experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in communications, marketing, or digital content management.
• Experience owning an organization's public channels.
• Ability to write and edit for diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own church-wide communications strategy aligned to PAC's mission and calendar.
• Plan, write, edit, and publish content across social, website, email, and print.
• Maintain website, mobile app, and digital platforms with a focus on UX.
• Protect and strengthen PAC's brand, voice, and standards.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers and contractors for output.
