• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Ten years of experience in human resources with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing human resources staff.
• Experience managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all HR functions across the institution.
• Develop strategic HR programs and innovative practices to support the university’s mission.
• Oversee labor relations, multiple bargaining agreements, and employee relations.
• Support the President and Provost in administration of collective bargaining agreements and policies.
