Job summary

Delaware County, Ohio is seeking a CSEA Case Manager to implement federal, state, and local procedures enabling parents to support their children by establishing, collecting, and enforcing court orders.

The role reports to the Client Services Administrator and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to maintain driving qualifications. Strong confidentiality and investigative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Must maintain qualifications for driving on county business at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage child support cases following federal, state, and local laws and procedures.
• Perform investigations to locate obligors and enforce orders.
• Prepare calculations of arrearage due for assigned obligors.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, employers, and partners.
• Pursue legal actions for establishment and enforcement of court orders.
• Assist with office and caseload coverage as needed.
