Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a technical background is preferred.
• Experience in program management, project management, technology management, consulting, operations, or a combination of these disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable plans.
• Strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills; identify trends and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of Staff for the Management Tools Product Line, overseeing day-to-day operations and optimizing team processes.
• Support leadership in setting priorities, coordinating deliverables, and driving follow-through on commitments.
• Develop enterprise-wide perspective on technology and business processes to identify dependencies and improvements.
• Apply critical thinking and project management expertise to drive meaningful change across the organization.
• Develop data-driven insights and materials to inform executive decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders to design initiatives that improve programs and increase effectiveness.
• Lead high-priority global initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Program-manage strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Champion inclusive cultural initiatives promoting manager excellence and belonging.
