Mastercard in Purchase, New York seeks a Commercial Engineering Director (Chief of Staff) to partner with the Head of Commercial Engineering and drive strategic priorities across Engineering, Product, Finance and Legal.

You will shape executive communications, align product and technical teams, translate data into actionable insights, and lead cross‑team governance and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive leadership at C-level.
• Ability to work independently with competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial services, payments, or technology background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic priorities across Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and enterprise functions.
• Develop executive communications, governance materials and leadership messaging.
• Coordinate alignment between CNPF product areas and technical teams.
• Translate operational data into meaningful insights for leadership decisions.
• Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Own complex business problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Represent the Head of Commercial Engineering in governance forums and cross-functional meetings.
