Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer to lead nursing and clinical operations across our post-acute hospitals in Hawaii. You will drive population health initiatives, align care with value-based models, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for kūpuna.

The role requires a physician-scale executive with data-driven decision making, strong communication, and a passion for equity and aloha in care. Travel across facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing; geriatrics, public health, or population health study preferred.
• Active RN license in Hawaii and 10+ years nursing leadership experience.
• Experience with population health, care coordination and multiple service lines.
• Proven data-driven decision making and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, education and training across OPH.
• Plan and evaluate nursing and clinical services for diverse populations.
• Monitor KPIs like readmission rates, health disparities, patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT and HIS to drive quality improvement data.
• Develop nursing/clinical strategies for population health and value-based care.
• Align practices with organizational goals for at-risk populations.
• Build partnerships with healthcare and community stakeholders.
• Collaborate with medical staff, public health agencies and others.
• Promote lifelong learning and professional development.
