Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of five years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiations, contract management, cost analysis, and sourcing project leadership.
Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions, regions and levels.
Experience sourcing chemicals or managing chemicals-related categories is highly preferred; chemical engineering background is a strong asset.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies and governance standards.
