Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree; experience in machined parts or manufacturing preferred, but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid solution development.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement sourcing plans to meet quality, delivery times, and cost targets.
• Document performance of actions and timelines for sourcing projects.
• Select high-performance supplier base per category guidance.
• Conduct RFI/Q/P and bidding processes to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Evaluate suppliers via reviews, site visits and audits with Supplier Quality teams.
• Negotiate prices and terms to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate contract negotiation and development with Sourcing Manager and Contract Specialists.
• Drive parts and process qualification with Supplier Quality teams.
• Work with Sourcing Manager to guarantee supply for portfolios.
• Identify opportunities to reduce wasted time, money, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with Schlumberger procedures.
