Job summary

OpenLoop is a telehealth solutions company focused on care delivery across all 50 states. We are seeking a Senior Channel Partnerships Manager to own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise channel partners, managing the full lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and growth.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Channels, you will build partner business plans, drive partner-led revenue, and help establish OpenLoop's care delivery infrastructure as the primary recommendation across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in partner/channel management and 2 years in direct sales.
• Proven ability to manage mid-market and enterprise partner relationships end to end.

Responsibilities

• Owns a portfolio of strategic mid-market and enterprise partners.
• Recruit, negotiate, and close new channel partnerships through contract execution.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with partners and revenue targets.
• Lead partner onboarding and enablement for partner sales teams.
• Co-sell with partner teams and drive partner-led revenue.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing partners.
