Job summary

Paychex, a leading payroll and HR solutions provider, is seeking a Channel Partnerships Director to support sales leaders across the New England territory. This remote role requires residence in NY, MA, RI, or CT and focuses on developing partner relationships and driving bookings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage COI partnerships, and set annual bookings with Paycor leadership, while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 6 years in business development/relationship management.
• Experience in broker/financial services/brand marketing.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership to align COI channel partners.
• Coach and mentor sales leaders and sellers to drive COI referrals.
• Collaborate with learning and development for sales training.
• Coordinate with COI Marketing on campaigns and costs.
• Develop and manage new COI partner relationships.
• Serve as Paycor point of contact with broker/technology partners.
• Set and track annual bookings and activity goals.
• Ensure channel bookings and activity goals for the region.
