Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Channel Partnerships Director to support sales leaders and teams within a New England region. This remote role requires residing in NY, MA, RI, or CT and focuses on driving bookings through COI partner relationships by coordinating across marketing, product, and learning & development.

You will develop and manage COI partnerships, engage with C-level executives, and set annual bookings goals with Paycor leadership. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership to determine field alignment for COI channel partners.
• Coach and mentor sales leaders and sellers to drive COI referrals and grow bookings.
• Collaborate with learning and development to deliver training for sales teams.
• Coordinate with COI Marketing to align campaigns, strategies and costs for regions.
• Develop and manage new COI partner relationships.
• Serve as Paycor point of contact with C-level executives of broker/technology partners.
• Set and track annual bookings and activity goals with Paycor and partner leadership.
• Manage channel bookings and activity goals for the assigned region.
