Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Strategy Execution & Change Lead for North America to drive change management and transformation best practices. You will lead cross-BU initiatives and oversee Transformation as a Service, ensuring measurable value creation and executive alignment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to translate insights into action, develop roadmaps, and design operating models that scale across the organization. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of change management, corporate strategy, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record in leading large strategic transformations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management for large cross-BU initiatives with executive alignment.
• Organize quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.
• Deploy Transformation as a Service and change capabilities across programs.
• Develop multi-level change plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams and ensure KPI delivery.
• Design execution roadmaps and operating models for transformation.
