Responsibilities include documenting control requirements, tracking remediation, and coordinating with stakeholders to close gaps while maintaining audit readiness. A proactive, analytical mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting risk management, controls, audit, governance, change management, or related operational activities within a complex business environment.
• Ability to analyze information, identify risks and control gaps, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across business, product, technology, operations, legal, compliance, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Drive risk-informed change outcomes by partnering with initiative owners to identify risks early.
• Strengthen governance and control effectiveness through documentation and audit-ready remediation tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to close control gaps and keep critical actions moving toward timely completion.
• Monitor risks, actions, dependencies, and trends to aid leadership in prioritizing issues.
