Qualifications

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• Experience: 5 years experience in business development, operational technology support, general business operations and/or consulting experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PROSCI certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in organizational change management, project management, communication, value realization, training, user acceptance testing, etc.
• Scope, plan and lead business readiness activities for multiple projects and initiatives; engage internal stakeholders, customers, and third parties effectively.
• Develop analytical tools and visualizations (e.g., models, dashboards) to assess business readiness needs and performance.
• Build trusted relationships across CareFirst and collaborate with Training, Communications, Org Change Management, IT Ops Readiness, Finance to improve change impact.
