Thought Logic Consulting in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Managing Consultant for People & Change Management. Hybrid role guiding executive-level transformations, aligning business strategy with change initiatives and stakeholder buy-in.

The incumbent will lead large-scale engagements, partner with C-suite leaders, and drive adoption of new ways of working through comprehensive workforce and organizational design.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in organizational transformation, change management, or related fields.
• 3+ years in professional services or management consulting.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex engagements with executive stakeholders.
• Change Management expertise with familiarity with Prosci methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to align and excite leadership around a unified vision, enhancing stakeholder engagement and driving organizational buy-in.
• Develop and execute clear communication strategies to guide stakeholders through the change journey, fostering ownership and reducing resistance.
• Identify key knowledge gaps and build learning strategies to close gaps between current and future state capabilities.
• Partner with business leaders to design future-state models, organizational structures, and workforce plans to ensure transformation success.
• Accelerate team formation and productivity through leadership onboarding and alignment workshops, tracking adoption and readiness.
