Job summary

West Fraser is seeking a Senior Change Manager to partner with project leaders and operational teams to translate project impacts into practical actions. You will coordinate readiness activities and support transitions across ERP implementations, digital workplace modernization, and cybersecurity initiatives.

In a fast-paced environment, you will prioritize, mitigate risks, and drive adoption while aligning decisions with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, Program Delivery, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, or enterprise application implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and operational readiness activities across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Partner with project leaders and senior stakeholders to align on priorities, risks, impacts, and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain enterprise change management methodology, templates, and governance processes.
• Create communication strategies for major technology and business transformations and oversee training materials and adoption resources.
• Ensure operations, service management, and support teams are prepared for changes and go-live events.
