Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Change Manager for Strategic Projects in a hybrid role based near Charlotte, NC. The position leads change management across enterprise initiatives, shaping adoption, communications, and training for major technology implementations and process changes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in change management, with Prosci/ADKAR familiarity, strong stakeholder skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable change outcomes in a large organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of change management experience in a large matrixed org.
• Prosci Certification and ADKAR familiarity a plus.
• Proven ability to define and execute change strategies.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management to projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement change strategies and processes for organizational changes.
• Complete change assessments and assess impact.
• Coach project teams on change activities.
• Identify and mitigate change risks.
• Create communications, sponsor roadmaps, coaching and training plans.
• Integrate change activities into project plans with PMs.
• Support communications and training strategy.
