Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. seeks a Change Leader to manage a portfolio of engineering sustaining projects, regulatory changes, and process improvements.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while optimizing resources and governance. Qualifications

• B.S. or degree in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline.
• 5+ years of Program Management or Engineering Configuration Management.
• Travel to North Kingstown RI or commute has minimal travel.
• Experience with PLM, MRP, MES, and ERP systems.
• Autonomous problem solving in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional sustaining, VAVE, regulatory, quality, supply chain, and product improvement projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive prioritization of a diverse portfolio of engineering change opportunities, balancing value, technical complexity, and constraints.
• Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams.
• Establish governance including status reviews, risk management, change control, escalation management, and executive reporting.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives including PLM, ERP, and change management processes.
• Create industry-leading processes using latest technologies to transform Hayward CM and change workflows.
