Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to spearhead Operations & Supply Chain initiatives across its global footprint.

You will lead programs from concept through execution, including new product launches, site consolidation, ERP conversions, and inventory optimization. You will develop detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation while mentoring the global operations team in project chartering, prioritization, and PM methodologies to drive enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through execution, aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive initiatives such as new product launches, site consolidation/optimization, ERP conversions, enterprise simplification, and inventory reduction.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership.
• Train and mentor global operations team on project charter creation, prioritization techniques, and PM methodologies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
