Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience leading change management initiatives in mergers/acquisitions, divestitures, cultural or strategic transformation, or ongoing process improvement.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies preferably Prosci’s ADKAR.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements change management strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Leads cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and implement change initiatives and adoption plans.
• Designs change management plans, including risk assessment and mitigation to minimize disruption.
• Provides mentorship to junior change management professionals and promotes continuous improvement.
• Monitors effectiveness and delivers data-driven insights for ongoing optimization.
