The role will carryout projects in relation toorganizational transformationandongoing process improvements to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Creates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Strategic Change Leadership
  • Develops and implements comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Applies advanced knowledge of organizational development and transformation strategies to guide complex change initiatives.
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguous or evolving change scenarios.
  • Conducts thorough impact assessments to understand the scope and implications of proposed changes.
  • Leads cross-functional teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with organizational changes.
  • Designs and implements change management plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies, to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to business operations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to communicate change initiatives effectively and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage and align diverse groups across the organization.

Change Enablement & Training

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives in the context of mergers/acquisitions, divestitures, cultural or strategic transformation, or ongoing process improvement.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive stakeholder alignment and adoption.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and levels of the organization.

Base pay range for this position is $40.00-60.00/hr. Finalhourlycompensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
