Experis is seeking a Change Management Governance Analyst to join the Service Management Governance team in Charlotte. The role focuses on Change Management governance, CAB coordination and producing executive-level dashboards.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to process improvement and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, IT governance, service management or program support.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and governance support for Service Management Governance, focusing on Change Management Governance.
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and governance review forums.
• Facilitate governance reviews for high-risk and complex technology changes.
• Track governance actions, risks, exceptions, approvals, and remediation activities.
• Produce weekly and monthly governance reporting dashboards and executive summaries.
