Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in process documentation, technical writing, or business process analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience creating structured process documentation and workflow diagrams using visual mapping methods.
• Ability to manage and analyze data across multiple systems and spreadsheet-driven processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills to influence and work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Capture institutional knowledge from subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive documentation.
• Document current-state processes and develop future-state process maps to standardize workflows.
• Build process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize operational procedures clearly.
• Define roles and responsibilities using RACI charts to promote accountability and clarity.
• Gather information related to application vulnerabilities and remediation workflows to support governance efforts.
