Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing technologies, automation, or industrial IT.
  • Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics, and digital manufacturing architectures.
  • Working knowledge of network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the plant's technology and change agenda in Alliance, Texas.
  • Drive digitalization, automation, data strategy, AI, and robotics initiatives.
  • Build the organizational structure and team to sustain automation and digital capabilities.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners for technology programs.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain to embed tech in daily operations.
