Job summary

You will design and implement digital solutions, develop dashboards and KPIs, and lead cross‑functional projects ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or IT field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, engineering, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments and deploying tech from concept to deployment.
• Experience with MES, ERP, SCADA or similar platforms; industrial automation and networking.
• Experience with databases, SQL, APIs, cloud-based solutions, and software deployment.
• Ability to analyze data and create dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Drive digital transformation in manufacturing by identifying and implementing tech solutions.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, IT, automation, and business teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support data‑driven decisions.
• Manage technology projects from concept through implementation with defined scope, timelines, budgets.
• Provide technical support and training for manufacturing technologies.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
