Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic communications, organizational change management, change communications, public affairs, communications consulting, public relations, or related fields.
• 3+ years in strategic communications, organizational change management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting modernization, digital transformation, technology implementation, or large-scale programs.
• Ability to translate complex changes into clear communications for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change communication strategies for large-scale modernization efforts.
• Create executive-level communications, including leadership messages, talking points, and briefings.
• Develop audience-focused content explaining role changes, technology, processes, and benefits realization.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, readiness activities, and adoption campaigns across multiple audiences.
• Track communication metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
