Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy and Change Consultant to serve as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, facilitating communication, gathering requirements, and supporting organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions for government clients.

You will coordinate change management activities, assess organizational impacts, develop communications, and track milestones using Microsoft 365 tools while enabling cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in business analytics, communications, change management, or strategy.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Responsibilities
