Job summary

You will oversee disclosures, coordinate timelines for CFR publication, and stay current on regulatory guidance while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of CFR disclosures and ensure data reasonableness and completeness.
• Manage the timeline for quarterly/annual CFR publication and press release distributions to stakeholders.
• Prepare/review technical research on financial reporting topics (derivatives, fair value, MBS, credit losses, housing programs).
• Assign tasks to team members and lead them to ensure accuracy, timeliness of work.
• Evaluate disclosures and processes; implement changes as needed.
• Lead the SCFS subcommittee to finalize baseline CFR statements and notes.
• Approve the Financial Reporting System (FRS).
