Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you will build the finance function, manage treasury and planning, and lead financing transactions with lenders and investors. The role requires 15+ years in senior finance roles, experience in capital-intensive environments, and strong communication with investors and boards.

Qualifikationen

• The candidate should have 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility in capital-intensive environments.
• Experience leading project finance transactions with institutional lenders and investment partners.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital, hyperscale computing, or similarly complex infrastructure.
• MBA or CPA (or equivalent financial credentials) are preferred, with strong executive communication skills for investors and boards.

Aufgaben

• Build the finance function from inception and partner with investors, lenders, and internal leadership to execute the development strategy.
• Lead corporate finance activities including financial planning, treasury, reporting, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Structure and execute complex financing transactions and develop scalable financial systems and internal controls.
• Direct financial modeling for investment analysis and capital allocation and manage relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and external advisors.
• Serve as executive financial advisor to the CEO and leadership team and support board reporting and strategic initiatives.
