This role does not manage day-to-day finance operations but partners with Finance, Legal and Infrastructure teams to drive transactions and growth.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, private credit, infrastructure finance, or corporate development.
• Proven experience leading significant equity or debt transactions, especially track record in IPO.
• Strong relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and other capital providers.
• Experience in technology, cloud, data centers, AI infrastructure, or another capital-intensive industry.
• Strong negotiation, financial-modelling, and executive-communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
