Brixey & Meyer, a recognized growth firm, seeks a CFO Services Senior Manager to lead the practice, deliver high-value outsourced accounting and interim CFO engagements, and drive business development. You’ll manage a team of Managers, Seniors, and Accountants and report to a Partner.

The role emphasizes client relationships, profitability, staff development, and contributing to the firm’s culture while expanding service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA/MACC preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification in good standing.
• 7+ years of public accounting or related experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks and accounting systems.
• Desire to contribute to firm culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CFO services to clients.
• Manage client expectations and service quality.
• Navigate QuickBooks Online and other ERP systems.
• Manage multiple engagements to meet deadlines.
• Build and maintain key client relationships.
• Assist with recruiting and staff development.
• Monitor engagement profitability, including billing and collections.
• Identify staffing needs and allocate qualified staff.
• Mentor team members and promote firm growth.
