This is a nationwide role for professionals who want to control their career from anywhere in the USA within their local market. A Series 7 and/or 79 license is a bonus, and the opportunity is not a W-2 position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO in privately held USA companies.
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
• Assist in buying/selling privately held companies.
• Help clients increase cash flow and profitability and prepare for a future sale.
