FinPro. in the United States is partnering with a venture-backed insurtech to appoint a Chief Financial Officer who will shape capital strategy, FP&A, and the financial infrastructure for a scale‑up carrier.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will work with founders and investors to determine capital needs, pricing economics and growth scenarios as the company scales toward hundreds of millions in premium. This is a strategic, commercially minded finance leadership role that blends rigorous controls

Formación

• Senior finance executives from the P&C market, with a strategic mindset.
• Evidence of helping an insurance organisation grow, scale or transform.
• Experience as CFO, Divisional CFO, or VP Finance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop long‑term financial plans covering growth, profitability and capital needs.
• Partner with CEO, Board and investors on capital strategy and fundraising.
• Create KPIs and management information to drive decisions and prioritisation.
• Build financial infrastructure to support carrier formation and scale.
• Provide strategic business partnership beyond traditional accounting.
