Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the organization’s long-term financial strategy with the President and executive team.
• Translates business strategy into financial plans, budgets, forecasts, capital needs and performance objectives.
• Provides strategic financial insights to the President, FWCI, and the Board on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Leads Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Compliance, and Data & Analytics, driving modernization through processes and technology.
