Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or investment banking background.
• Senior finance leadership in high-growth or VC-backed environments.
• Proven track record building scalable finance functions.
• Strong stakeholder management with board/investor communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute long-term growth and value creation strategy with CEO/Board.
• Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, modelling and scenario planning.
• Lead Board reporting and investor relations activities.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting across cycles.
• Manage finance controls, governance, and risk frameworks.
• Build and retain a high-caliber global finance team.
• Oversee regulatory/compliance across jurisdictions.
