Qualifications

• Ten or more years of financial leadership experience in nonprofit settings.
• Deep knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles, budgeting, and grant administration.
• Experience in loan underwriting and loan administration or related risk and compliance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Review financial reports and provide forecasting insights to staff and board.
• Develop project budgets and provide financial reporting for grants and contracts.
• Analyze loan portfolio to identify risk and mitigation strategies.
• Manage investments, cash holdings, and loans to generate revenue for the Center.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial management and ensure controls.
