• Ten-plus years of financial leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting, inventory management, and FP&A capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor is a plus.
• Ability to influence decisions across departments and present insights to leadership.
• Excellent communication skills translating complex data for non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial, accounting, tax, treasury, and reporting functions.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Provide financial guidance to CEO, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
