Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Omaha seeks a Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO), a strategic executive responsible for finance, administrative operations, enterprise systems, and learning & development. The CFAO reports to the CEO and sits on the Executive Leadership Team, guiding financial stewardship and organizational resilience across the mission.

The role leads budgeting, audits, capital strategy, HR, IT, governance support and lender relations, translating complex financial insights

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance and administration.
• Experience overseeing multiple organizational functions and teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial strategy and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to sustain mission and growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee audits, compliance and internal controls.
• Steward capital strategy, lending relations and risk management.
• Provide executive leadership across HR, IT and learning & development.
• Support board governance and strategic planning.
