Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
• Minimum seven years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience with GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to CEO, COO, and senior leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow projections, and long-range planning.
• Coordinate annual tax filings (990, 1065, 1120) with auditors.
• Ensure GAAP, Uniform Guidance, and federal compliance across programs.
• Lead governance and risk management, including audits and internal controls.
