Family & Child Empowerment Services (FACES) in San Francisco seeks a Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO) to lead financial strategy, compliance, and people operations. The CFOO will design and sustain finance, compliance, and people systems and manage a small team reporting to the CEO and Board.

The role partners with development to align revenue with sustainability, oversees GAAP compliance, reporting, and risk management, and leads Sage Intacct and related tools to ensure scalable

Qualifications

• Masters or combination of BA/BS with CPA or CFA.
• 12+ years of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of nonprofit compliance and contracts.
