Qualifications

• CFO-level experience or equivalent responsibilities.
• Deep experience with M&A and integration.
• Strategic and hands-on financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence on acquisition targets and deal structuring.
• Develop and execute capital strategy including credit facilities and equity.
• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan.
• Oversee GAAP-compliant monthly close, controls, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Build and lead a finance team that scales with growth.
