Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
• Property & Casualty Insurance experience required, including Statutory and GAAP reporting.
• Experience with financial systems (Oracle/PeopleSoft) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial activities for Berkley Oil & Gas.
• Develop and enforce financial controls to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic planning and cost optimization.
• Direct monthly reporting and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Manage the cost controls, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the company.
• Provide guidance on regulatory and tax reporting compliance.
