Qualifications

• 10+ years’ equivalent experience in energy underwriting preferred.
• Proven ability to learn workflow tasks and corresponding systems quickly.
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of the underwriting process and of casualty lines of business.
• Extremely effective interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the overall planning for the underwriting function.
• Provides leadership and guidance in underwriting and insurance matters.
• Responsible for developing and monitoring underwriting action plans.
• Identifies opportunities for product development and enhancements.
• Manages relationships with key customers and vendors.
