Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit the College's operating and capital budgets to LCTC.
• Develop, implement, and monitor institutional budgets with leadership.
• Provide insights to the executive team on financial planning and performance.
• Oversee treasury operations to ensure cash flow and maximize investments.
• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial reports, including AFR.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with GASB and state/federal guidelines.
