Job summary

This role will build a tech-enabled platform across multiple business units, drive automation and operational excellence, and partner with executives on strategy and value creation. EOS experience is strongly preferred and CPA or MBA is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO experience in a multi-entity organization.
• Strong operational leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized business operations with enterprise scope.
• Direct Finance, HR, Marketing, Facilities/Logistics, and IT teams.
• Partner with executives to drive strategy and enterprise value.
• Drive long-term budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee portfolio performance, cash flow, and growth.
• Advise on investments, capital allocation, and ROI.
• Build scalable operating models and SLAs for internal departments.
• Drive systems modernization, workflow automation, and AI initiatives.
