Job summary

The role requires 10+ years of leadership, CPA preferred, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for sustainability and impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including executive oversight of finance and related operational domains such as Information Technology, Facilities, or enterprise risk management.
• Proven ability to evaluate strategic investments and align capital and organizational resources with enterprise priorities and long-term growth.
• Track record of leading organizational transformation and executing complex change initiatives that strengthen performance and resilience.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial strategy, capital planning, risk management, technology strategy, and operational infrastructure.
• Provide executive leadership for Finance, IT, and Facilities and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Translate financial and operational information into actionable insights for CEO and Board.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and capital investments with strong governance.
• Drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across functions.
