Qualifications

• CFO or senior finance executive with multi-entity experience.
• Experience in private equity-backed environments.
• Track record leading post-acquisition consolidation.
• Strong debt financing, capital structure, and lender relations knowledge.
• Experience getting a company audit-ready and QoE work.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial strategy & value creation.
• Translate strategy into targets, KPIs, and accountability.
• Drive margin improvement and operating leverage.
• Deliver monthly business reviews with actionable insights.
• Oversee FP&A with driver-based forecasting models.
• Support M&A integration and platform standardization.
