Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Proven experience leading financial strategy in manufacturing settings.
• Strong negotiation, M&A, and growth strategy capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance.
• Drive organic growth through margin improvement, cost control, and pricing strategy.
• Lead M&A activities, including evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration.
• Negotiate financing, banking relationships, and key contracts.
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and ownership.
