Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with senior executive exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to President, CEO, executive team, and Board.
• Translate strategy into financial plans; provide data-driven insights for acquisitions, capital allocation, and financing.
• Lead and develop finance and accounting org; oversee treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
• Represent company with lenders, auditors, and regulators; manage capital structure and funding strategy.
• Partner with operations, sales, and HR to improve margins and cost structure; support M&A activities.
