Job summary

Staff Financial Group in Atlanta seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead enterprise financial strategy, partnering with the CEO to drive acquisitions, capital allocation, international expansion, and long‑term value creation.

This is not a traditional accounting role; the CFO will own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and the capital structure across multiple entities to support rapid growth and global initiatives.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required; Big Four or national firm background preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Executive-level financial leadership across multiple operating entities.
• Strong communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic financial partner to the CEO and advise on growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial modeling.
• Evaluate acquisitions, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Oversee captive insurance strategy and capital deployment.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships, and financing options.
